We are a second generation family-owned business with MANY years of experience. Ohrt's Smokehouse has been servicing customers for the past 20+ years (founded in 2003). We process wild game and wholesale our retail products to Martin Brothers (Waterloo & Mason City) as well as Theisen's (New Hampton & Charles City).
Catering to the hunter is our main objective. We take GREAT pride in producing quality fresh, smoked and retail/wholesale products.
You may see us at various gun and sports shows selling our sausage sticks and jerky. Whatever capacity we can serve you, we look forward to meeting you and hope to exceed your expectations.

but we WILL accept bone-in quarters or trim

What To Expect At Arrival:
- Use the second driveway
- Deposit of $2.00/lb. is required - cash, check or credit card (4% fee)
- Carcass deposit = $155.00
- We no longer participate in the HUSH program
- We will refuse any meat that is NOT up to our standards
- Cleaning fee = $1/minute
- Please bring trim that is free of...
